Production
Precision and quality
We’re obsessive when it comes to precision and quality. We fabricate to extremely low tolerances and our automated cutting and prep centres are accurate to +-1mm. Our precision welding and corner cleaning equipment also allow us to achieve an unrivalled level of product quality. The precision and quality doesn’t just come from our machinery, but also our 150 manufacturing operatives who are trained to a recognised NVQ Level 2 qualification in window and door fabrication.

Hand Finishing
Craft and finish
A made-to-measure product demands a degree of craftsmanship. That’s why we insist that every frame and sash undergoes a rigorous hand finishing process. Corner contours are checked and refinished using precision tools to improve aesthetic (if required), outside edges are levelled at the corners using engineered contour blocks to maintain the sash’s square silhouette, corner grooves are checked for an even depth and manually deepened if too shallow. Finally, all apertures are inspected for weld build-up in the corners and any protrusion removed to square the rebate. All of this ensures that the finish on a homeowner’s window is perfectly crafted.

Hardware
Expert partners
Liniar, Sac, Mila and Winkhaus – all experts in their field and partners that TruFrame trust. Over the years we have built up special relationships with our partners (we’re officially approved suppliers of Sac window and security hardware). We only partner with brands that share our ethos of passion and quality and carefully selecting these ensures that we are able to provide a blended product that has been crafted to deliver the best quality product we can deliver.

Quality Control
Our assurance
Pro-active quality control is the rule by which our quality management team live. A potential problem is identified and resolved before it can cause an issue. This ensures that no delays are caused to customers who depend on us to deliver their frames on time with no issues. Our dedicated Quality Management team live and breathe uPVC, having over a decade and a half of hands-on-experience within the fenestration industry.

Dispatch
Carried safely
Why take great care and craftsmanship over a product if it arrives to you, our customer, damaged? We take great care to load your frames onto our bespoke delivery vehicles – their bodies been designed specifically for our industry. Protective compartments for carrying glass and ancillary items dramatically reduce the frequency of sealed units or welded cills being broken or damaged. Finally, corner protectors are applied to all large frames to minimise potential damage caused by minor knocks.

Delivery
Arrive on time
You depend on delivery. That’s why we work hard to ensure your deliveries arrive on time. Plus, with a near 100% success rate you can rely on TruFrame to provide the service you deserve. For larger orders, we are able to assign two qualified HGV drivers per vehicle – removing the responsibility often forced upon the customer to help with offloading. This also maintains full compliance with the standards and guidelines set out within our occupational health and safety management system BS OHSAS 18001:2007.
